Sebastian was a beautiful mover with an extended and floating side gait and even when an old dog could out move all his kennelmates. When roadworking the hounds, they all had to run to keep up with Sebastian's efficient movement!. I once showed Sebastian clipped down and he gained WD and BOS over several specials.

Adrienne was mated with the great champion stud dog Ch Mecca's Falstaff and produced Ch Bakali Cymbeline of Zuvenda.
This mating of Falstaff with Adrienne also produced the bitch Samantha of Shirkden-Crest
Samantha was outcrossed with Tamora's Gold Rush, CD which produced the bitch Shirkden-Crest Wind-Song.
The next generation of breeding on this line involved a mating of Sebastian of Shirkden with Shirkden-Crest Wind-Song. This brought together the foundation lines of Firebelle inherent in both the sire and dam's pedigree and produced Shirkdens Libra of Ashlan. This turned out to be an important breeding, laying as it did, the foundations for a subsequent breeding into the Zuvenda lines which also contained Shirkden and Firebelle Bloodlines.

Libra was long legged, beautiful head, lean backskull, chiseled and with a strong underjaw which was inherited by Toby (Shirkden Shazam) and also Taco. Deep brisket depth was apparent at an early age and Libra passed this on to Toby and Taco.
