Soukistan Afghans
(Page 5)
Showtime !!!All my Afghans have a family life, they do not live in cages, they play in the garden, go for a walk, as I feel they are not dolls that I can keep in a trinket all the time just in fear of damaging a little hair.
My dogs are bathed weekly, their coat is not wrapped and they are not in "pajamas" either. Their kennel run is a clean surface, with a sand part that I have recently changed into a "zen-garden". Nini (front) with Fee and Pandora
A few show pictures Indian , July 2000 Fee winning Best Veteran in Show at the French National Specialty, September 2001, at the age of 11,5 Ritwidj in 1985 with some of his trophies Pandora-Shahin winning the Junior Class at the French all-breed Championship Show in Lonchamp (Paris) on June 16, 2000. Pandora , May 2002 Indian finishing his INT CH in Coimbra, Portugal
to be continued................ Pandora, CAC and BOB at Falapa-Specialty show, June 2004
RWB at the Spanish CH Show 2004
Judge : Lynda RaceI show VERY selectively under judges from many different countries. I show mostly in France and Spain
which is close (I live 200 km /120 miles from the border).I never struggled to finish a title at any price, for example Fee and her sire Ritwidj are missing 1 or 2 CACIB towards their International Championship. Indian won the Reserve twice at the Spanish Championship. So, to me he was a "nearly spanish champion" ! Also I feel that the best dog in the world will never defeat the "political winner"... This seems to be ruling many shows nowadays. I have other priorities in life, though my Afghans are very very very important.
I can retire soon... My daughter aged 8 has started Junior Handling and she is very successful.
