MaZshalna Afghan Houndssince 1972
Having been "raised" with Lassie and Timmy,the one thing I bought with my first paycheck was a dog. I had seen my first Afghan Hound in Greenwich Village in NY and was impressed. When I chanced upon one in a pet store I immediately took her home. Shalimar was the beginning of a long list of Afghans for me. Since then I have raised several litters of puppies,along with my family,and have succeeded in conformation and lure coursing with them as well as obedience. After almost 25 years with afghans I can not foresee my life without them. My daughters are involved with Jr. Showmanship with their own puppies and I am grateful for my extended family and friends that I have made over the years. Looking forward to a successful lure coursing year on the Eastcoast in '98. MaZshalna Afghan Hounds
