SALUKI NOTES WEEK ENDING 21ST NOVEMBER , 1997

The following information is from Dr John Hudson SGHC, PRO: At its next meeting, on December 7th, the SGHC Committee will be drawing up the Judges List for 1998. So will anyone who feels that they ought to be on the A2 or B lists please phone the Secretary for the appropriate form and fill it in to return it before the meeting. The criteria for inclusion in the lists are in the Club Rules and can be found in the Yearbook.

The last Newsletter of the year will be going out at the beginning of December and will contain Christmas greetings from members to all their Saluki friends so long as they let me know (01954 203084) by the end of November and cough up a five

Mavis Shellard has informed me that she will be out of action for the next couple of weeks as she is going into the hospital for an operation. Her address for cards will be Ward 15, Leeds General Infirmiry, Great George Street, Leeds, LS1 3EX. While she is away, Roger will be staying in her house looking after the dogs. We wish Mavis “good luck” with her operation and a speedy recovery.

Helen Graham, editor of The Northern Saluki Newsletter has asked to to let you know that you can send Christmas greetings in the Newsletter for a minimum donation of £1.00 to Saluki Welfare. Copy to reach her no later than 29th November. Also all judges in the NSC ballets who have not sent their CV’s to Helen, please do by the same date.
