At the City of Birmingham Show, last Friday, Mr Michael Rawson was the judge for Salukis. His BOB and DCC was Duckenfield’s Ch Pennyworth Kassim with the RDCC to MacDonald’s Mabrooka Khamriy. The BCC was awarded to Copperthwaite’s Alcaliph’s Surayya with RBCC to Perkins’ Ermcote Ilex with Pennyworth. Best puppy was Wood’s Manzemar Anushka. A couple of other people were walking around with smiles at Birmingham. Daphne Tovey’s Glenoak Deldar of Tirzah won the Pedigree Chum Veteran Stakes on the day and had to return on Sunday to compete for the overall stake. Terry Moore’s Lusaki Llbambah of Adhari won his final points in order to achieve his Junior Warrant. Well done to you all.

Deborah Copperthwaite has sent me a note clarifying her recent winnings. She has stated “It was Sukanti who gained her second (Challenge Certificate) at the Hound Association while Surayya won her third at Bournemouth and fourth at Birmingham.” Thanks for the information.
