OVERVIEW
Precise details of the Scandinavian system are not too hand. The following extract is taken from the UK Afghan Hound Year Book 1994 Author Ulf Jorgensen . If you can add to the following or have comments this would be gratetfully received
"To be a champion in Sweden, Norway or Finland, you have to get three CAC's from three different judges, and you must have at least one CAC in Open Class. But if you already have a Champion title in one of these countries, you only need one CAC to obtain the title in one of the other countries."
"Sweden and Finland even accept champion-titles from all FCI recognised countgries, which means that eg a Polish or Austrian Champion will have the Swedish Champion title, if they just get the CAC in Sweden. As Sweden and Finland have more than 50 Championship Shows a year for Afghans these titles have more or less lost their value as a stamp of quality. If your dog is a Champion in three of the Nordic Countries your dog will then obtain the title Nordic Champion (NORDCH)"

General conditions for obtaining the title of the Danish Beauty Champion (published by the DANSK KENNEL KLUB)
There are 2 ways of obtaining the title of Danish Beauty Champion.
a.
Dogs that are NOT already a national champion must in order to become a Danish
Beauty Champion have obtained 3 Certificates (CACs) under 3 different judges.
b.
Dogs that are ALREADY a national champion AND are owned in a country that gives
Danish owned champions the national champion title of the country in question on
the basis of 1 certificate must have obtained 1 Certificate (CAC) in order to become
a Danish Beauty Champion. This rule also applies for Danish owned dogs that are
national champions in a country that gives Danish owned champions the national
champion title of the country in question on the basis of 1 Certificate (CAC).
(For the present, the DKK is aware that this practise ist followed by Estonia,
Finland, Israel, Norway and Sweden.)
